Je pense qu'Ableton est facile à apprendre et j'ai pu changer de DAW très facilement. Maintenant Ableton est mon principal DAW.
J'utilise Ableton Live 10 dans deux configurations live. Une avec un groupe de 5 personnes et une pour le Live Looping avec un trio. Ableton est mon module de son principal joué par des claviers MIDI, des Pads (Maschine Native Instruments), un Akai APC 40 MK2 pour le Live Looping et pour exécuter une piste de clic pour les moniteurs intra-auriculaires (Rythme et Basse).
L'utilisation de la vue Session d'Ableton me permet d'utiliser des clips MIDI factices pour déclencher des changements de programme et diverses automatisations à la volée, ainsi que de changer le tempo de la piste clic pour le percussionniste / batteur / bassiste.
La version Suite est livrée avec MaxForLive qui est une plate-forme pour les instruments, effets et outils qui étendent les fonctionnalités d'Ableton au-delà de l'imagination !!!
Je ne peux penser à aucun inconvénient après 6 mois d'utilisation (Quelques mois avec une version Lite ensuite passage à la version Suite pour profiter au max de ce monstre), tout se déroule bien, je le recommande vraiment aux amateurs (Lite ou Intro pour commencer, ensuite Standard ou Suite suivant le budget et l'envie), Professionnels, Beatmakers, Live Performers, et groupe qui souhaitent améliorer leur musique en live.
