The delivery
We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, the French Overseas Territories as well as throughout Europe through our partners Colissimo, GLS, Chronopost, DPD and DB Schenker. We also deliver worldwide (if current conditions permit) upon quote. The amount of delivery costs will be specified before validation of the order. Delivery times indicated in working days are those valid from the date of dispatch.

The delivery times indicated are not guaranteed during certain busy periods, such as sales or Christmas shopping periods, and for certain tailor-made and personalized products which cannot benefit from these service times.
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. The contribution to shipping costs is clearly indicated in the basket. This is calculated based on the total value of the basket, the weight, the volume as well as the delivery destination (metropolitan France, European Union, DOM-TOM, World). We undertake to refund or exchange products that do not correspond to your order.
Complaints should be sent to STAR'S MUSIC 76, rue du Capitaine Guynemer 92400 Courbevoie. On your claims you must indicate:

The price of the items
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. These prices exclude fixed contribution to processing costs (postage, packaging and preparation of the package according to the amounts in force). They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the products. However, prices cannot be modified once the customer's order has been validated. Likewise, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental ones, were to be created or modified, either up or down, this change may be reflected in the selling price of the items on the Star's Music site.
Why do prices change?

Returns and exchanges
All items may be subject to a right of withdrawal, by exchange or refund except in legal exceptions for the following items:
- Items that have been personalized at the customer's request or clearly personalized;
- Items which, after being delivered and by their nature, are assembled inseparably with other items such as for example the software integrated into the controllers, if the customer has registered online, the software is no longer usable and the controller is no longer resalable;

- in the event of shipment for after-sales service of equipment with programming or audio recordings that may be subject to resetting for repair, it will be the customer's responsibility to record their data on media.
- Any equipment sent for implementation of the guarantee, which proves to have no fault, may be subject to a quote for payment of the costs incurred.
“DESTOCK” “CLEARANCE” “B-STOCK” ITEMS
Items sold with the title “Stock B” or “Clearance” are end-of-series products or products that have suffered slight damage, such as damaged packaging, small scratches, varnish defects, etc. These “Stock B” or “Clearance” products, which are often customer returns or exhibition products, have been tested and are in perfect working order. They benefit, with the same reference as those contained in their original packaging, from an equivalent warranty period.
Responsibility
The products offered comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France. Items sold with the title “Stock B” or “Clearance” are end-of-series products or products that have suffered slight damage, such as damaged packaging, small scratches, varnish defects, etc.

The musical instruments and DJ, studio and sound equipment clearly indicated on sale on Stars-Music.fr are for the most part end of series or exhibition models. Some of them are in single quantity and lack their original packaging. They nevertheless have the standard manufacturer's warranty.
