Aguilar Octamizer DLX (Bass Octaver)

The AGUILAR Octamizer DLX is a revolutionary octave pedal that offers bassists a wide range of sounds. Whether you're in the studio or on stage, this reimagined pedal will meet all your musical needs.

Overview

The AGUILAR Octamizer DLX follows in the footsteps of the famous original octave pedal, while featuring a new proprietary digital DSP platform. This circuitry retains the musicality of its predecessor while significantly expanding the range of sound possibilities. Adaptable to all playing styles—whether fingerstyle, slap, or with a pick—the Octamizer DLX is a truly versatile tool for bassists.

Rich and Varied Sounds for All Bassists

The Octamizer DLX isn’t limited to producing low frequencies; it also offers an upper octave and an additional filter mode for more abrasive and synthetic textures. Here are some of its technical features:

• Improved tracking for fast, stable note tracking with reduced latency.
• Responsiveness to dynamic variations, particularly in the low frequencies.

Unmatched sonic flexibility with three distinct modes

This pedal lets you experiment with three different voicings, each with individual volume and filter controls:

• Octave Down / Mode A: Produces warm, round bass tones, perfect for funk and soul.
• Octave Down / Mode B: Delivers rough, synthetic tones, ideal for massive bass lines.
• Octave Up: Produces a responsive upper octave, enriching your leads with dense tones.
