Ampeg's Venture range of electric bass amplifiers offers the best of both worlds: the modern performance and features expected by today's bassists, and respect for the firm's sonic tradition.
Venture circuits are analog, with Class-D transistor power stages. Their controls are as intuitive as they are effective, with a three-band EQ (parametric mids), three-way Ultra Hi and Ultra Lo switches, a Super Grit Technology™ SGT™ Overdrive circuit (voicing the mythical SVT or B15). The Venture V7 and V12 models also feature an adjustable compressor that respects the sound of your bass as much as it does its musicality.
Connectivity is complete, with an effects loop, XLR direct output, auxiliary input and headphone output.
Optional Ampeg AFS2 footswitch for remote control of the SGT overdrive and mute function.
The speaker cabinet range is complete with various speaker configurations and power ratings (VB-112, VB-115, VB-210, VB-212, VB-410), and the optional Venture bags are practical and protective for safe transportation. TheAMPEG Venture V3 Head delivers 300 watts of power into 4 ohms and weighs just 1.8 kg.
