Temperature controlled

The crystal oscillators of the Isochrone Trinity are housed in a temperature-controlled oven like those commonly used for military and satellite communications. Thus, the oscillator is kept at a constant temperature and allows the Isochrone to be 100 times more stable than similar products.

Atomic clock

Isochrone Trinity can lock onto the world's most precise clock: the atomic clock. This Antelope technology is resolutely innovative and makes Isochrone clocks the only tools capable of offering the perfect stability of the atomic clock to your studio.

New 64 Bit design

Trinity is the culmination of years of research by Antelope developers. It benefits from an all-new integration design that further enhances sound quality. AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking), the fourth generation of 64-bit DDS technology, plays a major role in the improvement Trinity brings to your converters' sound.

Video editing

Seeing that HD video was becoming a standard, we decided to equip Trinity not with one but with three HD generators. Trinity allows you to synchronize or generate HD, PAL, and NTSC video signals, all formats being available simultaneously and remaining perfectly synchronous. Each HD channel has 2 outputs; however, you can set all three HD generators to the same format to benefit from 6 physical outputs. Once again, very versatile!

New generation equipment

Choose the output format regardless of the source! Input a signal at 48 kHz and output at 44.1 kHz locked to the source down to the sample. Input in NTSC and output in PAL or enter at 96 kHz and output in NTSC. You can even lock the Black Burst generator to the audio clock.

User-friendly interface

With all the above features, you might imagine Trinity is hard to use. Well, it's not. Antelope places great importance on the ease of use of its hardware. There are no nested menus or unnecessary buttons, making Trinity immediately effective in all professional applications.

Sampling and Varispeed function

With Trinity, you can now vary the scrolling speed up to +/- 200 cents or adjust it in percentage if you prefer. The sampling frequency selection has been optimized and extended from 32 to 384kHz. You can choose almost any sampling frequency thanks to the Varispeed setting and pull-up/pull-down functions.

USB control

Faced with Trinity's numerous functions, we thought it would be interesting to equip it with USB control. This is very useful, for example, when the rack in which Trinity is mounted is out of reach. The USB 2.0 connection allows you to easily control Trinity from a Mac or PC, load and save presets, and perform firmware updates.

Jitter specifications

We are often asked about our jitter specifications. Thanks to our thermal regulation system and atomic technology, our jitter specifications surpass those of comparable products. However, it is more important to mention that the exclusive jitter processing by our AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking) technology improves the sound much more than all jitter specifications would lead you to believe. Now in its fourth generation for Trinity, our AFC technology more than ever enhances the sound quality of your converters.
