The BACCHUS Japan Tune Up JT WL4-QM RSM/M (Brown Satin) is a traditional electric bass of remarkable craftsmanship. Inspired by an American classic, it offers exceptional value for money. Manufactured in Indonesia, it undergoes a second stage of adjustment in Japan at the Deviser workshops in Matsumoto. Procedures include precise fret control to avoid any fretting, and fine adjustment of the nut and bridge for optimum action. Made from carefully selected woods (Nyatoh body, neck and fingerboard in Torrefied Maple), equipped with pickups that produce warm, dynamic tones, it will astonish the most demanding musicians. Its luthiery delivers dense, generous and dynamic tones. The circuit also features a Turbo Switch for instant thickness and amplitude. A useful feature if you need to get out of the mix at a given moment on stage (thanks to the push/pull tone potentiometer, you activate both pickups simultaneously - the volume of the neck pickup becomes the overall volume).

Nyatoh is a durable alternative to mahogany, producing dense, rich tones with pronounced mids. In addition to giving the wood an elegant patina, the torrefaction process enhances the instrument's stability, sustain, clarity and resonance, while protecting it from thermal variations, humidity and mildew.
