The Bose SUB 1 Powered bass is an amplified subwoofer.
A portable powered subwoofer module, the Sub1 subwoofer complements virtually any portable sound system with a frequency response down to 40Hz. Its unique 7" × 13" high-excursion RaceTrack transducer helps limit the depth of the enclosure, and delivers performance comparable to a traditional 12" bass module without the associated clutter, saving space in your vehicle and on stage. Compared to the Sub2 subwoofer, the Sub1 is more compact and easily complements the Bose L1Pro32 system with a single SubMatch cable. You can layer multiple Sub1 subwoofers for even more bass, or use cardioid mode, making bass directional. With the Sub1, you get a subwoofer that goes virtually anywhere and complements your sound effortlessly.
