Dance Music mode works differently: the keys are used to trigger and combine drum, bass, and synthesizer phrases, as well as effects. The pitch bend wheel, meanwhile, provides direct control over the pitch of the notes, which is particularly useful with certain guitar, saxophone, or synthesizer sounds.

Can you play with headphones or along with music?

The two built-in 2.5 W speakers allow you to use the CT-S300 without additional speakers. A 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack headphone output is available for quiet practice.

A 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack AUDIO IN input also lets you connect an external audio source and play along with it. This is a wired connection: the CT-S300 does not have Bluetooth Audio.

How do I use the CT-S300 with a computer or app?
