Popular with jazz guitarists, as well as blues legends like Gary Clark Jr., these flat-threaded strings deliver an ultra-smooth feel and remarkably warm tones, while facilitating quiet glides across the entire length of the neck.

Constructed with a carbon-rich steel core, Chromes feature a flattened stainless steel ribbon purfling, which is wrapped around a complex series of interwoven underwraps, then polished to high precision to deliver an ultra-soft feel and tones that ideally find their way into recordings.

This 12-52 Light set benefits from a slightly higher tension than the Jazz and Extra Light flat-string gauges, for slightly richer tones.
