D'angelico Premier EXL-1 - satin honey blonde

In the tradition of the Gibson@ Archtop of the 1950s, sublimated by its elegant Art Deco styling, the D'ANGELICO Premier EXL-1 (DAPEXL1SHBT) is a traditional hollow body in the best sense of the word. The combination of a spruce top, a figured maple back/side duo, a maple set neck (Ovangkol fingerboard) and a Duncan Designed Floating Mini-Humbucker, provides velvety, expressive tones. For old-school jazz fans, the Premier EXL-1 is an excellent option. Ovangkol is an African relative of Rosewood. It has most of the same acoustic characteristics, but with a significantly more generous midrange and glossier treble.
