Simulator & modulation effect pedal for bass
Compatible with guitar and bass, the DARKGLASS ELECTRONICS Microtubes X7 is a loudspeaker simulation pedal. It offers five impulse responses that can be loaded into the pedal via BlueTooth or by connecting it to a PC or Mac via the USB-C port.
An input with level selector (0dB, -12dB and -30dB) enables connection of guitar, bass, other instruments and even an amp directly (making sure it's connected to an external load). An auxiliary input on 3.5mm mini jack lets you connect an external source.
The BlueTooth connection enables communication between the pedal and the Darkglass Suite application for importing IRs. An XLR output lets you connect the Element to a PA system or microphone pre-amp. With 24-bit resolution, the pedal promises a minimum latency of 2.2ms.
Like the Finnish brand's Hyper Luminal Compressor, Element has a touch-sensitive knob for selecting the five IRs and three tactile LED faders for visualizing the setting position.
The pedal features two stereo headphone outputs, each with its own volume control fader.
