The DINGWALL John Taylor Rio Dream JT3 5-String (JT3-BK5) is the Duran Duran bassist's signature model. It's inspired by the Dingwall NG3 the artist used on the 2022 studio album Future Past.
It's a five-string solid-body electric bass with active/passive electronics and multi-scale. It features a Nyatoh body, Pao Ferro fingerboard, Rupert Neve Designs preamp and Hipshot Drop D Xtender mechanics - an absolutely perfect compromise between versatility, ergonomics and elegance.
