The Dpa D:vote core 4099 is a microphone with universal clamp.

When it comes to versatility, no microphone can match the instrument microphone d:vote™ CORE 4099.
You can use it in the studio today, and in concert tomorrow.
Designed with a supercardioid directional pattern, for better rejection of ambient noise and higher gain before feedback, this microphone features a frequency response without off-axis accident.
It also features an improved suspension design, offers detachable cables of different diameters, and can be equipped with a gooseneck extension for greater versatility.
Renowned for their small size and elegance, the instrument microphones d:vote™ CORE 4099 are lightweight but strong. The versatile gooseneck allows for stable and reproducible placement.
The microphones can be easily removed from their clamps, for repositioning or use on another instrument. The mounting system is designed to never damage or scratch the finish of your instrument.

J’utilise depuis 6 mois ce micro sur mes flûtes traversières après en avoir essayé une multitude (FWF, AKG, Shure…). Ma flûte passe par une pédale TC Hélicon Extrême VoiceLive 3. Une fois les réglages effectués sur la pedale (sensibilité d’entrée volume de sortie) je rentre dans la console sans aucune correction. Je retrouve l’intégralité du spectre de la flûte. Les basses sont pures, profondes avec ce grain incomparable (j’ai une flûte professionnelle et joue en jazz-fusion). Dans le médium RAS et les aigus et suraigus sont très percutants sans êtres agressifs. ATTENTION au placement de ce micro ! La fixation UC 4099 offre de nombreuses possibilités et il faut faire des essais car ce micros ne pardonne rien ! Il prend absolument tout ! Il ne faut pas que la colonne d’air à l’embouchure rencontre la capsule au risque d’ajouter une fonction noise comme sur un synthé ! Alors je contourne l’embouchure et le positionne un peu décalé si la gauche laissant la colonne d’aire libre sur l’avant. C’est un micro qui « n’accroche » pas mais je recommande une paire de in-ears quand même. L’ensemble est livré dans un superbe étuis demi rigide. Seul bémol le câble fourni est vraiment très fin et j’ai racheté un plus épais pour une quarantaine d’euros. Vu la qualité et le prix du micro, DPA pourrait faire un petit effort.
