The DUESENBERG Starplayer Bass (Black) is a 1/2-body electric bass with internal anti-feedback block and short scale (30.2"), with a unique character reminiscent of Gibson, Gretsch or James Trussart, and German-style build quality. The combination of traditional luthiery (spruce top, maple back and sides, glued maple neck, Indian rosewood fingerboard) and Duesenberg BassBucker humbucking pickups delivers warm, responsive tones. The uncompromising craftsmanship is apparent at first glance, with not a hair out of place! immaculate assembly, fretwork (PLEK process) and varnishing.
