Modulation, chorus, flanger, phaser & tremolo effect pedal
A harmonic tremolo divides the signal between a high-pass and a low-pass filter, then modulates it with a separate 180-degree LFO. The Night Wires V2 goes a step further, allowing you to control the center point of each filter. The filter frequency has 3 modes: Manual where the center point can be set at a fixed position using the Frequency setting, LFO where the filters are swept continuously and the Frequency setting adjusts the speed, Attack where the filters are swept dynamically according to the attack of the playing and Frequency controls the width, like a standard envelope filter. The tremolo section has 2 modes: Manual where speed is defined by the Rate setting, Attack where speed is controlled by your playing and Rate controls sensitivity. With Depth set to zero, the Night Wire acts as a fixed filter, a phase shifter or an envelope filter, depending on the mode chosen. The new v2 version features EarthQuaker Devices' new Flexi-switch for on/off or stealth switching, plus improved circuitry for better performance and less noise.
