Supplied in an Eastman hardshell case.

Haha vraiment pas mal!
Merveilleux instrument et aucun regret par rapport à une ES 335!
Je recommande vivement, et tous les modèles de cette marque ont l'air incroyables je bave sur leur Goldtop depuis un moment!

Je recherchais une guitare type 335 pour jouer principalement du blues et du jazz.
J'avais lu de très bonnes critiques sur la marque Eastman et j'ai donc décidé d'essayer la T486 sunburst.

Coup de foudre immédiat !
L'instrument est splendide et respire la qualité. La finition est impeccable que ce soit au niveau des mécaniques, du bois (érable pour la caisse et le manche) ou des micros (Seymour Duncan : jazz pour le manche et 59 pour le chevalet).
La guitare est de plus livrée dans un très bel étui rigide.

Il restait à vérifier que le "ramage était bien à la hauteur du plumage" !
La réponse est oui !!!
Le son est très clair et la balance basse / aiguë impeccable.
Le réglage des micros permet d'obtenir une très large palette de sons.
Elle est parfaite pour le blues et le jazz (ce que je recherchais) mais elle sera aussi très à l'aise dans un bon rock classique.

Pour conclure je dirais que la T486 est une superbe guitare, très polyvalente qui devrait combler les désirs d'un très large éventail de guitaristes.
