The Electro-Harmonix Micro Q-Tron electric bass guitar effect pedal is an envelope filter distilling funky automatic wah-wah tones. It's controlled by a circuit that analyzes the volume of your note and the dynamics of your playing to adjust the cutoff frequency. The more intense your attack, the wider the frequency sweep spectrum; conversely, a moderate attack produces a more subtle effect.
