Guitar synthesizer
The compact EHX STRING9 String Ensemble effect pedal is a polyphonic processor that enables your guitar to generate string ensemble simulations or synthesizer sounds that imitate string instruments, without any modification to your guitar. Nine algorithms are available, including three associated with the Freeze effect that EHX offers as an individual pedal (maintains the signal infinitely as long as the pedal is activated).
The STRING9 features separate controls for the direct signal and the "effected" signal, to optimize mixing capabilities (transparent dedicated output for the direct signal). Controls 1 and 2 are designed to adjust specific parameters for each of the nine programs.
