It possesses the fundamental temperament of the original, with all-mahogany construction (bolt-on neck) and a duo of Epiphone pickups with ceramic magnets.
The laurel on the fingerboard is a high-quality alternative to rosewood. With its superior density and stability, its acoustic performance is comparable to that of Brazilian rosewood.
