Hollow-body electric guitar

The Epiphone Original Archtops Collection Broadway is an iconic acoustic guitar, designed to deliver rich and expressive tones to musicians of all skill levels.

Overview

Introduced in 1931 as part of the Masterbuilt series, the Broadway was specifically designed to rival prestigious models such as the Gibson L-5 and the Super 400, which were favored by jazz big bands. After its acquisition by Gibson in 1957, it underwent numerous improvements, including the addition of magnetic pickups and Mini-Humbuckers. The EPIPHONE Original Archtops Collection Broadway (EOBDWVSGHR) represents the modern evolution of this iconic guitar, combining quality craftsmanship with affordability.

High-quality craftsmanship for unmatched tones

The Broadway stands out for its carefully designed construction:

Spruce top
5-ply maple body
Set mahogany neck
Rosewood fingerboard (24.75" scale, 20 frets)

Vintage pickups for a rich tonal palette

Equipped with a pair of Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO humbucking pickups, the Broadway delivers full, warm, and mellow tones. This guitar is perfectly suited for a variety of musical styles, including:

Blues
Jazz
Rock 'n' Roll
Rockabilly
Pop-Rock
