The Friedman IR-D pedal is a complete tube preamp in a compact pedalboard case. The IR-D features two identical, fully independent, footswitchable channels based on Friedman's legendary designs. It features a Dave Friedman-modified JTM45 circuit that delivers the characteristic British sound known to lovers of big, warm sound.
Powered by two high-voltage 12AX7 preamp tubes, each channel delivers the harmonic richness and dynamic response of Dave Friedman's finest creations. The DSP IR power amp/speaker simulation delivers studio-quality sound to your DAW or front panel. What's more, IR-D is ultra-easy to use.
