Volume, boost & expression effect pedal
The 2B booster pedal from Fulltone is a transparent booster that eliminates strident treble problems at high volumes. It's based on the same warm preamp as the Supa-Trem or True-Path ABY. The Gain setting can boost the signal by up to 20dB, and the Dynamics setting controls an additional germanium diode limiter circuit that firms up the bass and helps it stand out from the mix. It can be powered from 9 or 18 volts DC. Its JFET amp acts as a buffer even when the pedal is deactivated.
