Single cut electric guitar

The GIBSON Custom Shop 1954 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty solid body electric guitar (LPB54VOEBGH1) is identical in every respect to the original model, with a lightweight solid mahogany body, a solid mahogany neck and a solid Ebony fingerboard joined using the "Long Neck Tenon" method and "Hot Hide Glue" to optimize vibration transfer, and an authentic Ebony fingerboard, a distinctive feature of the Les Paul Custom.
The Staple and P-90 pickups, both with Alnico V magnets, have been calibrated to reproduce in detail the grain of examples from this period.

Preserving my GibsonNitrocellulose varnish is an old-fashioned varnish that is highly prized for its acoustic qualities, but which requires particular care. So be careful not to place your guitar on any stand that could alter the varnish. We recommend the Hercules brand, whose foams have been designed to avoid this type of problem. Gibson maintenance products will enable you to clean and polish your guitar without risk.
