The GIBSON Custom Shop Historic 1959 ES-335 Reissue semi-hollowbody electric guitar (ES59VBNH1V ) is a perfect replica of the original model, and comes in a Gibson case. Since the change of management in 2018, the good news has been flowing at Gibson: major investments to rehabilitate the production tool and offer a higher, more homogeneous and consistent production quality, pricing revised downwards, redesigned ranges for greater readability, and icing on the cake quite a few new products.

MaintenanceNitrocellulose varnish, as on vintage Gibson instruments, plays a major role in the instrument's "breathing" thanks to its porous nature (vibrations are not muffled by the varnish). To avoid damaging your guitar, we recommend Hercules stands with specially formulated, non-abrasive foams; for maintenance, Gibson's Vintage Restoration Kit ensures effective cleaning and polishing without risk.
