The Les Paul Standard 60's has a solid Mahogany body with a figured AA Maple top, a rounded 50's-style Mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays.
The calibrated '57 Classic humbucking pickups are loaded with AlNiCo 2 magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.
It's equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and amber top hat knobs.

Introduced in 1990, the '57 Classic provides warm, full tone with a balanced response, reproducing the classic Gibson Patent Applied For humbucker™ crunch developped in the fifties by Seth Lover.
Made to the same specs and construction details as the original (Alnico 2 magnets, nickel-plated pole pieces, nickel slugs, maple spacers, balanced coils for hum cancelation).
