The GIBSON USA Original Collection Les Paul Standard 60s Mahogany Top solid body electric guitar (LPS6M00TVNH1) has most of the features that made the original Gibson Les Paul an absolute benchmark (mahogany body, mahogany set neck, rosewood fingerboard). Offered in an attractive TV Yellow, this specificity gives it a discreet extra tonal warmth and noticeably punchier midrange frequencies. As the name suggests, the neck profile is 60s Vintage (Slim Taper to be exact), and the pickups are Gibson Burstbucker 61 AlNiCo 5, individually optimized for neck and bridge positions. Powerful, warm and expressive, they are a little more "racy" than classic Burstbuckers.
