Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s Figured - tomato soup burst

The GIBSON USA Original Collection Les Paul Standard 60s Figured solid body electric guitar (LPS621TMNH3) is fully respectful of the spirit of the original Les Paul Standard in its third 1960 evolution.
The Les Paul Original Standard 60s features a solid mahogany body with AA figured maple top, a 60's Slim Taper mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. The pickups are Gibson T-Type humbuckers, a replica of the Gibson T-Top Humbucker fitted to guitars from 1968 to 1980. This pickup was installed by Jimmy Page himself on his legendary 1959 Gibson Les Paul Sunburst "No. 1", which helped lay the foundations of the 1970s Hard-Rock sound. Featuring Alnico 5 magnets, with a moderate DC resistance of 7.45k ohm, the T-Type produces full, dense, defined tones, and responds very well to modulations of the instrument's volume potentiometer.
