The GODIN Multi-Voices xtSA Koa Extreme HG is an emblematic model from the Canadian firm. It's an ultra-versatile solid body electric guitar, thanks to a combination of lutherie features from the two historic American brands, and electronics featuring traditional magnetic pickups (HSH configuration), a piezo system (emulating acoustic tones) and a MIDI/Synth interface.

The piezo circuit (six sensors installed in the vibrato saddles) delivers authentic acoustic tones that can be adjusted via a dedicated three-band EQ. Mixed with the other sensors, it delivers original textures of real interest on moderate saturations.
