It combines the wavetable heritage of classical instruments with modern technologies to create a powerful, versatile instrument designed for both analog sound purists and modern sound explorers.

Powerful and flexible modulations

Advanced modulations

The 3rd Wave excels in modulation with its 4 ADSR+ delay envelopes and 4 LFOs. The modulation matrix with 16 slots per part offers maximum flexibility for intuitive sound design.

High-quality analog and digital filters

The synthesizer features high-quality analog filters, including a low-pass filter designed by Dave Rossum, and a state-variable filter, for precise sound sculpting.

Integrated effects

The 3rd Wave offers a wide range of effects, including stereo delays, reverbs, chorus, phaser, flanger, ring mod and rotary speaker, to enrich your sound creations.

Sequencer and arpeggiator

With a built-in sequencer for up to 4 multi-timbral parts and an intuitive arpeggiator, the 3rd Wave lets you create complex tunes with dynamic rhythmic variations.

User interface

With 77 knobs and 39 buttons, the 3rd Wave's ergonomic design favors live performance and intuitive creation. It also features a 61-key semi-ballasted Fatar keyboard with aftertouch for total control.

Comprehensive connectivity

The 3rd Wave features 8 line outputs, a headphone output, MIDI In/Out/Thru ports, a USB MIDI port, and two pedal inputs, enabling full integration into any studio or live environment.
