IBANEZ AEGB24FE MHS is a pleasant and handy acoustic/electric fretless compact bass : 32" short scale, cutaway, preamp.
Its made from quality layered tonewoods with Sapele top/back/sides, three pieces Nyatoh/Maple neck and Walnut fretboard.
Its Ibanez AEQ2T system features key parameters for easy and quality captures (two bands equalization, tuner).

Sapele is a perfectly suitable Mahogany substitute. Sounds much like its cousin but due to the hardness, a little brighter.

Between Rosewood, Mahogany and Maple, Walnut offers a great frequency balance with thick and clear bass, intense mids and generous highs.
