Ibanez John Scofield JSM10EM TTB - two-tone burst

The IBANEZ Artist John Scofield JSM10EM TTB 1/2-body electric guitar, the signature of an exceptional musician, sounds perfect in the Jazz-Fusion register, but is equally at home in traditional Jazz, Funk or Pop-Rock. It draws part of its sonic flexibility from its Tri-sound pickup selector switch, which multiplies pickup combinations (see diagram).

Semi-hollowbody body with central beam (Maple top, Linden back/sides), Nyatoh neck, 22-fret Walnut fingerboard, Ibanez Super 58 pickups. Linden is better known as Basswood or Tilleul in French. In a compromise between Rosewood, Mahogany and Maple, Walnut has a well-balanced bass/midrange/treble frequency balance, combined with remarkable clarity. Its bass is generous and precise, its midrange dense and its treble fleshy.
