This unit combines five individual sound-shaping sections: pre-boost, distortion with two-band EQ, noise gate, five-band parametric EQ and post-boost, into one intuitive, all-analog platform. Additionally, an illuminated switch improves treble response by strengthening the high frequency range. Dual onboard footswitches control preamp and post-boost bypass, while an external Ibanez IFS2L footswitch allows easy switching of pre-boost and five-band parametric EQ. From simple tone adjustments to crunchy overdrive and the most crushing distortion, the Pentatone preamp gives you all the possibilities.
