Ibanez Tim Henson TOD100N NT (Japan) - natural

Following in the footsteps of the popular Godin Multiac and customized according to the recommendations of the Polyphia prodigy,the IBANEZ TOD100N NT is a hybrid guitar that combines the fundamental acoustic characteristics of a nylon-string guitar with the playing comfort of an electric guitar (ergonomic compact body, 46 mm nut width, 25.5" scale length, 22 frets).

Its beautiful top is made of solid Sitka spruce, its body is made of solid okoumé, its set nyatoh neck, and its fingerboard is inlaid with 22 ebony frets.
Like any nylon-string guitar, it produces warm, mellow tones, yet it is by no means lacking in responsiveness and clarity, thanks to the Sitka spruce top and the ebony fingerboard, which musically compresses the bass frequencies and accentuates the midrange.

It features a highly efficient Fishman® Aura® TOD100N Custom Tim Henson System to facilitate recording on stage or in the studio. The tones are rich, deep, three-dimensional, and natural. The Aura Acoustic Imaging circuit replicates the response of a studio microphone for the body pickup signal, which can be mixed as desired with the piezo pickup’s sound. The stereo output allows you to route the signals from the piezo pickup and the body pickup individually through a single output.
Its design, which omits the soundhole and replaces it with an opening in the side, minimizes feedback issues while allowing the musician to fully enjoy the instrument’s authentic sound.
