The JIM DUNLOP Cry Baby BB535 Wah Reissue BB535R pedal is a reproduction of the first industrial-scale "modded" wah released in 1994. Designed in collaboration with the major artists of the time and equipped with a military-grade custom inductor, the BB535 set the standard for a new generation of wahs. Featuring extensive control over the frequency range thanks to a six-position selector (whose voicings were developed from the brand's private vintage effects collection), and benefiting from the addition of a boost circuit based on the MXR Micro Amp pedal, the BB535 has become an absolute reference. The side-mounted selector thus offers six positions that will enable you to find the sweep range best suited to your needs, and most in tune with your guitar and rig.
The boost can be switched on the fly. Its level can be fine-tuned up to +16 dB for a controlled volume boost. As with the wah circuit, a dedicated LED lets you see if the effect is active, and the platter responds with precision and smooth transition throughout the entire stroke.
