As effective with a Strato as a Les Paul, the KARDIAN C10H12N2O Serotonin effects pedal is an evolution of the famous Ibanez Tubescreamer TS-808 with its characteristic high mids.
It's a top-grade overdrive with an extended gain range, hyper-subtle equalization, remarkable depth and responsiveness, and works equally well on its own or stacked with amp saturation or other overdrives and distortions.
KarDiaN was founded in 2018 by Toshikazu Kitada. He is an engineer specializing in high-performance audiophile circuits, and has collaborated with many professional Japanese musicians. The quality of the components and production are absolutely irreproachable, and clearly contribute to the fabulous performance of KardiaN effects: Texas Instrument, Amtrans AMRG resistors (non-magnetic, 1% tolerance, brass tips, gold-plated oxygen-free copper outputs...), Vishay and Jantzen Audio capacitors. Thanks to extremely precise controls, you can work your grain in depth, always with great musicality.
