The KEELEY ELECTRONICS 30MS Double Tracker stereo guitar pedal offers a host of studio dubbing effects used to create thicker, fuller guitar, bass, keyboard and even vocal sounds .
It can be used in mono with a built-in Abbey Verb reverb, or in stereo in Double Tracker Pro mode with a TRS split cable (not supplied). In Dimension mode, it offers altered and detuned effects like a chorus pedal but without the regularity of an LFO, and you can create up to 2 different channels for a stereo effect. Guitarists can then control detuning and delay in mono or stereo on 2 amps.
Abbey mode offers something more akin to a conventional chorus effect, simulating synchronized bands playing in parallel at variable speeds. Finally, Slapback mode was created for rockabilly sounds, and is a dual-track echo with 2 altered channels.
In Double Tracker Pro stereo mode, the pedal abandons reverb in favor of complete control over the voices of the 2 tracks, each of which can be detuned by up to +/-30 cents. These tracks are then shifted by 30ms to achieve a subtle doubling effect. You can adjust the level of the effect via internal selectors.
