PaAS MK2 Amplification System
The optional PaAS MK2 amplification system delivers powerful and high-fidelity sound and can be wirelessly connected to your Pa5X arranger through the Smart Connect system. It can also be used with previous models such as the Pa4X, Pa3X, or Pa3XLe. In this case, the speaker power will depend on the model to which the system is connected. You will achieve the highest power and clearest sound when the PaAS MK2 is connected to a Pa5X.

With the Pa5X, you can choose a different Waves MaxxAudio® mastering preset for the audio outputs and the headphone output or for the PaAS MK2 speaker system itself. Each of the separate Waves presets contains settings for a full 7-band parametric equalizer and the MaxxAudio® suite. Settings can be different for each output – the line output or the PaAS speaker system.

This is ideal for using the PaAS MK2 as an independent monitoring system on stage or at home. You can adjust the output level, equalizer, and MaxxAudio® values for the PaAS MK2, while the main outputs and headphone output use a different preset.
