Overview

The LD Systems MAUI 44 G3 MIX is an all-in-one, fully active column sound system featuring a 4-way cardioid configuration and a built-in 8-channel digital mixer. Designed for musicians and sound professionals, it combines power and precision to meet the most demanding needs.

Impressive acoustic performance for all your events

With a peak power of 3600 W and a maximum SPL of 133 dB, this system guarantees powerful and consistent sound reproduction across the entire spectrum. Its frequency response ranges from 34 Hz to 20 kHz, allowing you to experience deep, precise bass.

Optimized technical design for controlled sound dispersion

The MAUI 44 G3 MIX is equipped with a high-power 15-inch bass-reflex subwoofer, designed to extend down to 34 Hz. Thanks to its optimized acoustic components, you’ll enjoy consistent sound distribution, particularly thanks to:

• 14 3.5-inch neodymium midrange drivers
• 4 1-inch compression drivers
• 120° x 25° coverage pattern for improved sound coverage
• Cardioid design providing up to 18 dB of rear attenuation between 100 Hz and 1 kHz

Simplified mixing and control thanks to modern technologies

This column features an 8-channel digital mixer with built-in effects and remote control via the free MAUI MIX app, available on iOS and Android. Notable features include:

• 8 XLR combo inputs and 6 microphone preamps
• SysLink function for linking two systems for stereo use
• 2nd-generation DynX DSP processing for clear sound even at high volumes
• Bluetooth wireless audio streaming for flexible use

Quick setup and easy transport

Setup is simplified thanks to a wireless connection between the subwoofer and the column, as well as automatic column detection. The subwoofer, made of birch plywood with a polyurea coating, is equipped with four ergonomic handles for easy transport. The column itself is constructed of powder-coated aluminum to ensure durability and lightness.

Expandable for a custom sound system

It is also possible to pair a second MAUI 44 G3 subwoofer to extend the low-frequency response or create a cardioid subwoofer configuration, allowing the system to be adapted to different types of events.
