Bass combo amp
Built around a high-performance transistor circuit, the MARKBASS MB58R MINI CMD 121 P Combo bass amp (300w@4ohm / 150@8ohm, 1x12 ceramic, piezo) offers an unbeatable output-to-gab ratio. It's an evolution of the popular MARKBASS Little Mark III Head, considered an industry standard in the compact electric bass amplification segment. New controls and features will let you fine-tune your tones with even greater precision.
Developed by Marco De Virgiliis, the MPT power stage impeccably reproduces the full frequency range of the instrument. The onboard dual-band limiter responds with greater velocity and dynamics to your playing, promoting a more natural sound overall. The EQ circuit has been redesigned with four frequency bands for detailed tone control. Precision controls allow you to increase or decrease the signal in each frequency range by +/-16dB. You'll also find the VLE (Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator) high-cut filter for a rounder, velvety sound, and the VPF (Variable Preshape Filter) which boosts the bass and treble while lowering the midrange; the latter will give excellent results if you need more percussive sounds (Funk/Slap for example).
A potentiometer is dedicated to controlling the level sent to a mixer via the Line Out output, a selector lets you assign the equalizer to Pre or Post for the XLR output, and an effects loop lets you insert your pedalboard.
