The Maxon GE601 is an EQ/Enhancer pedal that covers 6 carefully selected frequencies (100Hz, 200Hz, 400Hz, 800Hz, 1.6kHz, 3.2kHz) or 5 octaves with a 12dB cut/boost per band and offers an adjustable output level of 12dB. For example, by cutting 200, 400 and 800Hz and boosting 100Hz, 1.6kHz and 3.2kHz, the GE-601 enables a single-coil pickup to simulate the brilliance of an acoustic guitar with a piezo pickup.
