Electric guitar amp head

Built around the legendary Dual Rectifier platform and feedback from the world's most renowned metal guitarists, Badlander amps are a must-have. If you're looking for massive, detailed modern saturation, with dense, precise bass, refined highs and rich, musical mids. A perfect hybrid combining the generous traditional Mesa Boogie sound with the mythical ultra punchy attack of 1970/80s Marshall amps.

Delivering a choice of 20 watts in Class A/B Triode, 50 or 100 watts in Class A/B Pentode (EL34), the MESA BOOGIE Badlander 100 Head guitar amp (Black Taurus) features two channels, each with three modes (Clean, Crunch, Crush). The circuit features a Mesa CabClone™ IR Direct speaker cabinet simulation interface to optimize direct miking in recording consoles. 8x MESA Cabinet IRs*, USB for IR transfers, dummy load for amp use without on-board speaker, balanced IR Balanced XLR Direct Output, IR Output Level control.
