While the BCM 104 uses a newly developed electrostatic capsule, the BCM 705 is a dynamic microphone for more cost-conscious customers.

New model, same price

Although the black BCMs are custom-built by Neumann's experts, there are no additional costs. Existing BCM microphones with a matt nickel finish will continue to be offered. So your customers now have a choice between elegant black and traditional matte nickel. Technically, of course, they're identical: with their authentic Neumann sound, they're the ideal tool for transmitting emotions to perfection!

Discreet elegance in the studio

Finally, the two BCM microphones are now available in an mt version with a matte black finish. This dark color is both discreet and elegant. The black BCM mt microphones are therefore perfect for Youtubers, and of course for anyone who prefers their studio equipment to be black!
