The Black Fountain Stereo produces a warm, modulated and slightly grainy sound, perfect for choruses, doublings, slap backs and long rhythmic delays. You can choose the intensity and speed of modulation, the timbre and grain of the lead vocal, the two delay times and their feedback. What's more, mono/stereo voicing can be adjusted to your liking, and everything can be recorded in accessible presets.

The Rate and Depth controls adjust modulation intensity and speed, Tone shapes the warmth of repeats, while Grit regulates drive. To preserve the clarity of your sound or for more special effects, you can adjust the volume mix of the Dry and/or Wet levels. Space defines mono delay mode or stereo width, and adds diffusion beyond midi.

Separate controls let you set left and right delay times, and choose between six subdivisions for each side by holding down the Tap footswitch. This little Tap switch lets you set delay repeats to suit your tempo, while holding it down offers infinite feedback. It can also be used as a preset selector.
