Rock drum kit
The Decade Maple is the culmination of 70 years' experience in the art of battery design. And it's no coincidence that this new drum set bears the Decade name: it took Pearl 10 years to design a mid-range drum set on such a tight budget. Judge for yourself: 100% maple drums, gloss or matte varnish, new lightweight shells, stands and accessories included, etc.
Whether you're a beginner looking for an upgradeable kit, or a semi-pro looking for a second kit for smaller stages, the Decade Maple will satisfy the vast majority of drummers, not only because of its maple sound, but also because of its incredibly low price.
With the Decade Maple, Pearl has revolutionized the market to such an extent that it could easily be described as the Maple Export. A new legend is born!

A serious product at a competitive price.
For this series, ideal for starting out in style or evolving without suffering from mediocre quality, the Japanese brand's designers have prioritized the accessories included and, above all, the maximum number of options and know-how usually reserved for the top of the range, while keeping the buyer's wallet in mind. The use of maple as the only wood species, the design of the thin cross-laminated drums, the lacquered or varnished finishes (seven colors, including a superb blue for this "Satin Slate Black"!) or the matching snare drum, are all criteria that can be found in the Masters or Masterworks series, the spearheads of the brand.
Superb sound.
With the Decade, we enter the category where a drummer can really start to make the drums sound as a whole, in terms of hit nuances, tuning possibilities and homogeneity between snare drum, bass drum and toms... Over time, by changing the skins, you can even expand the range of possibilities. That said, with the Remo Clear UT supplied - particularly for the 22 x 18-inch bass drum with Powerstroke 3 and pierced resonance skin - and the sandblasted skin for the snare drum, there's already plenty to enjoy. And well beyond a decade!
