Designed and produced in France, the PFX CIRCUITS KP-3 Silent Compressor/Limiter pedal is a silent, versatile and intuitive compressor. Offered at a reasonable price, it's uncompromising on build and sound quality.
Hand-crafted from audio-grade thru-hole components, the KP-3's sophisticated circuitry is inspired by the PFX KP-1 and incorporates a parallel-connected LM13700 dual OTA. The KP-3 gives you subtle, automated control over compression. Three simple parameters are directly accessible: Color to choose between a warm, transparent sound or a brighter, more dynamic one, Blend to adjust the compression in parallel with the direct sound, Output to determine the output volume.
For the more demanding musician, pre-set Attack and Release controls are available inside the box for everyday use, but can be adjusted as required.
