The PRS John Mayer Silver Sky solid body electric guitar (Rosewood Fretboard, Faded Black Tee Satin) is the result of a close collaboration between the Blues virtuoso and Paul Reed Smith. It's an instrument heavily inspired by the musician's personal favorite vintage guitars, so every detail has been optimized for the ideal single-coil pickup guitar. Virtually every element has been customized for John Mayer, especially the pickups, which sound full, rich and very musical, especially at high frequencies.
