Sabian Set B8X Complet

After being pounded on by thousands of young drummers, the legendary B8s are coming to an end. And to replace them, Sabian has designed the B8X, which offers more pronounced hammering, an adjusted profile and a hammered bell for an even better sound and look, more suited to the needs of the modern drummer! Everything has changed, except for the price, which remains as affordable as ever.

An economical alloy.
Not everyone is familiar with the different types of alloys. B20, for example (80% copper and 20% tin), is commonly used at the top end of the market, while the B8 in which the cymbals in this pack are made, consists of 92% copper and 8% tin. There was a time when B8 cymbals could really set drummers' teeth on edge, but today they're crafted with a finesse and metal treatment that give them a far more nuanced tone. As in the case of battery cymbals, entry-level cymbals have gone up a notch, and in more ways than one, this is the case for the Sabian B8X, which is also a cut above the SBR.



Fine and musical.
In fact, the B8X's sound reproduction has nothing in common with the B8s they succeed. More beautiful, finer and much more responsive, they are far more motivating to play, and are far from tiring the ears (or the sticks!) of those who play them.
