NoteThe DCR (D.C. Resistance) parameter indicates the pickup's output level. Alnico II magnets have the lowest output level and are usually installed on vintage-type pickups. Alnico V magnets offer an excellent balance of treble, midrange and bass.
Ceramic magnets are more virulent, incisive and hollow in the midrange.
