Electric guitar pickup
The SEYMOUR DUNCAN Jazz Model SH-2N 4C (Neck, Black) is a reference humbucking pickup equipped with AlNiCo V magnets.
Slightly deep midrange, small bass and treble hump. Vintage output level. A very good old-fashioned neck pickup.
NoteThe DCR (D.C. Resistance) parameter indicates the pickup's output level. Alnico II magnets have the lowest output level and are usually installed on vintage pickups; exacerbated midrange, natural sweetness. Alnico V magnets offer an excellent balance of treble, midrange and bass.
Ceramic magnets are more virulent, incisive and hollow in the midrange.
