A unique feature of Omnisphere 2 is the integration of hardware synthesizers (Moog, Dave Smith, Novation, Roland, Korg...) as controllers. This feature will enable users to intuitively create or modify sounds using the ergonomic layout of their familiar hardware synthesizer. Put simply, you can turn any hardware synthesizer into a MIDI controller dedicated to Omnisphere 2. Integration takes place via a drop-down menu directly in the software.

Omnisphere 2 now features a highly advanced arpeggiator that's really easy to program. This latest-generation arpeggiator features several modes, including Chords, Up & Down, Spread, Random, Join and many more. There are several different trigger types, including Legato, Song Position (depending on your DAW's clock and position) and Note. With Groove Lock, your arpeggiator can synchronize with the groove of a MIDI file.
